Company Profile:

Our client, a leading global supplier of copper and copper alloy materials with a focus on providing integrated copper solutions for the development of strategic emerging industries, is looking for a Purchasing Engineer to responsible for raw material markets in Europe. You will be a key part of the company's raw material supply chain and will be responsible for the following:

Job Description:

• Developing and executing monthly and annual raw material sourcing plans for the European region to ensure supply chain stability and cost effectiveness.
• Keeping an eye on the raw material market in Europe, attending various domestic and international trade fairs to get the latest market information and technology trends.
• Maintain existing supplier relationship, develop new quality suppliers and expand raw material procurement channels.
• According to the business needs, may involve travelling business, supplier inspection, business negotiation and on-site procurement coordination work.

Job Requirements:

We hope you:

• Have a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Preferably with a work permit in Germany, France, Italy or Spain.
• Business fluency of Chinese, English and one other European language (e.g. German, French, Italian or Spanish).
• At least five years of experience in a European country and two or more years of relevant experience in the recycled metal industry, commodity trading or raw material sourcing positions.
• Possess a general driving license within the EU and be able to accept flexible travel arrangements.
